The Service is a research tool for collectible trading cards. It combines a card catalog, price data, current third-party marketplace listings, player news and public-domain images. It is not a marketplace: we don’t sell, buy or broker cards, and we aren’t a party to any transaction between you and anyone else.

Most of the Service requires an account. You must be at least 18 years old and give us a valid email address. You’re responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed it. Please keep to one account per person.

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl or use bots or other automated means to access or copy the Service or its data in bulk;
• resell, republish or redistribute data from the Service, or use it to build a competing product or dataset;
• circumvent rate limits, account requirements or other access controls, or probe, scan or test the Service’s security;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service or the systems it runs on; or
• use the Service for anything unlawful.

The Service displays content from third parties, including listings from eBay, news headlines from a news API, and images from the Library of Congress and eBay. That content belongs to its owners and is governed by their terms. Links take you to sites we don’t control, and we aren’t responsible for them or for what you do there. eBay is a trademark of eBay Inc.; we aren’t affiliated with or endorsed by eBay.

Information on the Service is provided for general research only. Prices are asking prices or data points from various sources, not guaranteed sale prices, and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Nothing on the Service is investment, financial, tax or legal advice. Verify details independently before you buy or sell, and make your own decisions.

The Service’s design, software and original content belong to us or our licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial research. Third-party content stays with its owners. The Library of Congress states that the baseball card images it makes available in its “Free to Use and Reuse” set have no known restrictions.

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if we need to for security or legal reasons, or if we stop offering the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don’t promise the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or opportunities, arising from your use of the Service — including any purchase or sale decision you make using it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

We may update these Terms. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above, and if the change is significant we’ll make reasonable efforts to tell you. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
